The project in Ukraine for rapid cooling of the berries was designed and installed last week. It will give the possibility to cool down the berries within 90 minutes from +30 to +4.
The rapid cooling system is based on compressor Bitzer and evaporator Guntner also the ventilation system with power adjustment was installed.
