TECHNOLOGY OF GRAPES STORAGE

Proper storage starts after harvesting. On the field, only manual sorting is carried out, the missing and damaged berries are removed, the clusters are folded in special boxes, which in turn are formed into packages and placed on the vehicle.

Optimal temperature in the storage facility lies in the range between -1 and + 1 ° С, the humidity level - 90-95%.

The right air circulation system is selected depending on growing conditions and varieties. Condensation on the clusters is strictly forbidden. Periodic processing with sulfuric anhydride, which suppresses phytopathogenic microflora, will allow preserving the freshness of grapes
